Kirk holds dual degrees in Biology and Athletic Training from Washington State University. He has trained athletes from multiple sports at all levels of competition for 15 years. He has worked extensively with both male and female athletes in group and one-on-one environments. Kirk's formal education in Athletic Training and rehabilitation, has influenced his training style and particular focus on athletic longevity through injury reduction.
Tim Manson Co Founder C.S.C.S., NSCA-CPT, ACE-Certified Personal Trainer
Tim specializes in the enhancement of sports specific strength and conditioning to amateur and professional sports organizations, the individual professional, high school, and college level competitive athlete as well as the general weekend warrior. His mission as a strength & conditioning specialist and personal trainer is to utilizing his knowledge and experience to motivate, educate, and empower clients in the area of prehabilitation or injury prevention and sports specific and functional training. His customized athletic performance and enhancement programs are based on the latest research in exercise science, sports psychology, sports nutrition, and strength & conditioning to develop and maximize individual genetic athletic potential.
Jimmy Tucker MSW, Registered Counselor Motivational Specialist
Jimmy holds a BA degree in Communication with a minor in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Arizona. Jimmy also holds a Masters of Social Work degree with a focus on Children Youth and Family Services from the University of Washington. Jimmy has worked for the past 14 years with local communities, agencies and schools helping develop programs to motivate kids, build character and create positive self-esteem. Currently Jimmy is a therapist in the community and a social worker at Harborview Medical Center. Jimmy works with families, adults and teens to educate them on how to improve their communication skills and to develop a positive life prospective. Jimmy's goal is for all clients to develop the tools for learning a positive process of empowerment to continue achieving all their goals on all levels of life, physically, spiritually, emotionally and nutritionally.

Prior to moving to Washington State, Jimmy was a four-sport varsity athlete in high school and was an All-American high school football player who attended the University of Arizona on an athletic scholarship. While attending the University of Arizona, Jimmy was a member of the Smith Project. A program for student Athletes to speak in the community to kids about making positive choices and setting goals. During his time as a student athlete, Jimmy volunteered with Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Tucson, The Tucson Urban League, YMCA and Youth on Their Own. Following graduation, Jimmy worked as a Street Outreach Counselor with Our Town Family Center, a boys group home counselor with Arizona Children's Home before becoming a Program Manager at Casa De los Ninos. Jimmy continued to be involved in sports during his time in Arizona by being a member of the coaching staffs for Catalina High school with their Varsity football, basketball and track teams.

Adam Fenster , ACSM, PES, USSF "C"
Adam a local and statewide known soccer player has moved away from the player's side of the game venturing into coaching, performance enhancement, injury prevention and strength/body awareness education.

Adam played internationally, collegiality as well as nation wide. He currently holds his USSF "C" License and coaches a select youth soccer team. Adam graduated with his Bachelors of Art from the Evergreen State College, has earned his certification as an ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist.

Adam has been training both men and women athletes and non athletes alike as well as professionals from the University of Washington and the Seattle Sounders.

Adam began his career in physical therapy and draws much of what he does from the hands of the educated and specialized mentors of that profession.

Shannon Fenster , MS, CN Sports Nutrition Specialist
Shannon received her Bachelors of Science and Arts' Degrees from The Evergreen State College and finished her Master's Degree in Nutrition at Bastyr University. While completing her undergraduate studies Shannon played collegiate level soccer at TESC and received All Conference honors.

Shannon in a Certified Nutritionist and has worked with athletes as well as in clinical settings seeing patients with diabetes, weight loss concerns, menopausal symptoms, food allergies, hypertension, immune disorders and cardiovascular disease. Her main interest in nutrition however is with the athlete to improve their performance, stamina, recovery time, muscle development and maintenance. Lastly it is her goal to heal and relieve the multiple stresses that are put on high performance athletes due to intense training and competition demands.

She believes that athletes require special nourishment to keep them in a state of wellness and provide them with the optimal fuel and resources to continue peak performance.

Rick Emerson Performance enhancement Specialist
Rick holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Fitness and Sport Management from Central Washington University.

For over 12 years Rick has worked with many individuals, both male and female, helping them achieve peak performance.

A solid background in exercise therapy, many years as a sponsored athlete, culminated with a Performance enhancement Specialist certification, making him very knowledgeable in what it takes to be your best.

Rick works all levels of team sports from club teams to P1, high school varsity and beyond.

Balance, flexibility, strength, power and endurance; only with mastery of all components can true performance and longevity be achieved.
